Northside Community Involvement, Inc. Resource Center is the building located at 4990 Avenue B Jacksonville, FL 32209. The Resource Center is the home to many of our outreach community services. Northside Community Involvement, Inc. participated in the 2020 Census Campaign by allowing residents in the community to complete their Census online using our computers. The Resource Center offers assistance for one-day bus passes, referrals to jobs, access to computers to apply for unemployment benefits, social security benefits, and to apply for the SNAP program.
